Mike was the listing agent for my mother's home. He was very patient and courteous as my mother prepared to sell. He took time to listen to her concerns and ease her anxiety. He also met with us months before she was ready to put the house on the market and gave her valuable suggestions on improvements she could make and some tips to prepare for the sale process. He was honest about some issues she would have to address . He was prompt to return calls and address concerns. He presented a solid marketing plan. My mother's house was under contract for sale 3 days after it was listed. He went above and beyond by driving her to the closing appointment. I will highly recommend him to family and friends.

Mike was great! He took a lot of time to truly understand what we were looking for in our new home. There was never a sense of pressure with Mike. He could tell almost as soon as we could when a property wasn’t quite the right fit, and was quick to encourage us to continue searching. When we found our new home, he was right out front explaining each step that was coming. From the opening offer he was patient with countless questions during what seemed to us to be a complex situation, and regularly checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable with the process.
After our experience buying with Mike, there was no question we would work with him in selling our old home. It was another excellent experience working with Mike, and could not have gone more smoothly. It was barely six weeks from signing the listing papers to closing, with Mike answering almost every question before we asked it.
