He was very patient and courteous as my mother prepared to sell. He took time to listen to her concerns and ease her anxiety. He also met with us months before she was ready to put the house on the market and gave her valuable suggestions on improvements she could make and some tips to prepare for the sale process. He was honest about some issues she would have to address . He was prompt to return calls and address concerns. He presented a solid marketing plan.
